You will design search strategies, conduct interviews, lead salary negotiations, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while working remotely across time zones. Fluent English and US-market recruiting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience (Mandatory).
• Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (Mandatory).
• Experience recruiting for the US market (Preferred).
• Experience working in remote environments (Preferred).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities requested.

Responsibilities
