Job summary

Virginia Transformer is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting activities across our growing organization. This position will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, and partnering with hiring managers and HR teams in the United States and India.

Responsibilities

Utilize multiple recruiting channels to identify qualified candidates.
Review resumes and applications for qualifications and fit.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate skills and interest.
Coordinate and calendar interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Enter and maintain candidate information in the ATS, ensuring accurate records.
Generate daily recruiting reports to track activity and pipelines.
Serve as main point of contact for candidates about Virginia Transformer and opportunities.
Communicate with hiring managers and HR in the United States and India about staffing timelines.
Partner with HR to share insights and improve processes.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
