Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support talent acquisition across multiple business divisions. You will coordinate interviews, screenings, and candidate communications while partnering with recruiters and HR stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring teams.

The role includes campus recruiting initiatives, internship program support, and collaboration with TA operations on vendor mgmt and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the interview process for multiple recruiters and hiring teams.
• Partner on campus recruiting initiatives by attending career fairs and evaluating entry-level and intern candidates.
• Support and help facilitate the summer internship program in partnership with HR leaders.
• Manage candidate communications via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and compensation information across systems.
• Assist TA Operations with vendor management, recruitment marketing, and budget tracking.
• Provide recruiting support including resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate recommendations.
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports to support Talent Acquisition activities.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experiences.
• Coordinate internal recruitment activities to ensure internal candidates receive a strong candidate experience.
• Support various Talent Acquisition and HR projects as needed.
