Overview

Pyramid Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to sit onsite with one of our prestigious clients, serving as a PCG ambassador. This role reports to the Onsite Project Manager and will focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and supporting our onsite workforce. This is a temp-to-perm, hybrid role based in Cranbury, NJ. During peak seasons, the position will require being onsite five days a week, with a flexible schedule and some days beginning at 7am for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and pre-qualify candidates for warehouse positions, including leads, clerks, pickers/packers, shipping/receiving, drivers, quality control, and inventory.
• Ensure PCG employees arrive on time and properly clock in/out for shifts and breaks.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and address issues as they arise. Support engagement and retention efforts.
• Maintain strong communication with department leaders and respond quickly to requests.
• Onboard new hires by reviewing warehouse policies and procedures.
• Coordinate background checks and drug tests with Human Resources; ensure all required paperwork is completed.
• Collaborate with PCG Marketing on job postings and recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Support operational needs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a leadership role in a warehouse setting with recruitment responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Excel for basic reporting.

Salary: $25/hour
