CoWorx Staffing Services in Plainfield, CT is hiring an HR Recruiter for a fully onsite role. You’ll recruit for warehouse operations, interview applicants, and align talent with job duties while collaborating with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in HR recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, and experience with ATS and MS Office. Travel for events may be required; a competitive package is offered.

HR Recruiter – FULLY ONSITE in Plainfield CT
A leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials is looking for a Recruiter to join their excellent team in Plainfield CT. As Recruiter you’ll be identifying, interviewing, and matching candidates with jobs at their impressive 1.3million sq ft industrial warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation. Mostly high volume, entry-level roles and occasionally more technical, high-level roles.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Desired Background/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
