What You'll Do
Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Assistant will work jointly with the North American (NAMR) and West recruiting teams to execute the annual consulting recruiting pipeline and support the complete life cycle of the Seattle office’s consulting staff recruiting efforts. This includes event planning and execution, candidate pipeline development, marketing and branding related activities, planning and participating in the interview process, building of interview schedules, candidate communication and relationship building, and all conversion activities. This position requires confidentiality and professionalism and someone who can deliver in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change. The Talent Acquisition Assistant must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently, prioritize work, and have a proactive approach.

You’ll be working with a closely knit team of Talent Acquisition members in the West offices and across the North American regional recruiting team. You’ll be supporting the campus MBA and Undergraduate recruiting programs, and you'll work with other Talent Acquisition team members to back each other up and help each other out when things get extra busy or when someone is out of the office. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG.

Compensation Information:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
