Role Description

The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. The Specialist oversees onboarding activities, such as preparing offer letters and new hire documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining applicant tracking systems, supporting compliance with employment policies, collaborating with HR on workforce planning, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
