Job summary

Acadia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist in San Diego on a 6-month hybrid contract. You will partner with TA leadership to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI solutions that improve hiring performance and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will transform recruiting data into actionable insights using Power BI, Greenhouse ATS, and other data sources, while driving reporting automation and data integrity across TA platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in analytics, reporting, BI, or recruiting operations.
• Advanced Power BI experience with dashboard development.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ATS like Greenhouse and HRIS like Workday.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance recruiting dashboards and analytics for Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for visibility into hiring metrics and workforce planning.
• Monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, diversity metrics) and provide insights.
• Translate datasets into visuals and actionable business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality and scalability.
• Serve as analytics SME for Greenhouse ATS and other TA tech.
• Develop docs, standards, and self-service analytics tools for adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement of TA reporting capabilities and AI-enabled solutions.
