Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist for a 6-month contract in San Diego, CA. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and focuses on developing and improving recruiting analytics, reporting, and BI solutions.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of turning recruiting data into actionable insights using Power BI, Greenhouse ATS, and other data sources, while supporting automation and data integrity across TA platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5 years of analytics, reporting, BI, or HR ops experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance recruiting dashboards and analytics for visibility into hiring performance.
Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and recurring/ad hoc reports for TA leadership.
Monitor key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and pipeline conversion.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Automate reporting and improve data integrity across TA systems.
