Job summary

TJX Companies in the United States seeks a reporting and analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain Power BI–based solutions, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to translate data into actionable insights.

You will refresh dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources using SQL, Power Query, and Excel; ensure accuracy and readiness for end users; and partner with stakeholders across TJX to deliver timely metrics.

Qualifications

• Data & analytical skills.
• Experience using Excel and creating basic reports.
• General knowledge of computer fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate and manage time across multiple teams and projects.
• Experience with (or interest in learning) Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL or other similar Data tools/languages.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, refresh and development of current suite of Power BI based data visualizations of Talent Acquisition data.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources to aid in decision making using tools such as SQL, Power Query, and Excel.
• Use data visualization software such as Power BI and Excel to communicate insights and tell a story about the data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for dashboard integration and user consumption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across TJX to verify data quality and relevance.
• Ensure the dashboard meets the needs of end-users for tracking, monitoring, and trend analysis.
