TJX Companies is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to modernize our Finance data solutions through automation and analytics. The role blends business analysis, product ownership, and hands-on development at a hybrid Global/Home Office environment.

The candidate will collaborate with Finance partners and technology teams across NA and Global stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, automate processes, and improve decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of data and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and other relational databases.
• Experience supporting projects involving requirements gathering, testing (including UAT), and implementation.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and enterprise financial systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with technical and non-technical partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, prioritized requirements and user stories.
• Act as the liaison between business users and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain low-complexity automation solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting and analytics platforms.
• Provide post-deployment support, including hyper-care, enhancements, and documentation.
• Create training and support materials to enable successful adoption of solutions.
