Job summary

Timken seeks a Talent Acquisition Analyst on the Talent Attraction and Acquisition Team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and offers opportunities to attract and assess top talent, coordinate across departments, and support onboarding while aligning with Timken’s culture and standards.

You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and external vendors to build pipelines, assess fit, and improve recruiting operations and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, marketing or related field required.
• 1 year of professional experience with cross-functional teams in HR, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Experience with ATS and candidate management processes preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and building internal/external pipelines.
• Screening applicants and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Partnering with HRBPs and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Administering pre-employment steps including background checks and I-9/E-Verify.
• Onboarding activities and candidate experience improvement.
