The Talent Acquisition Analyst role at Uplift Hospice combines hands‑on recruiting execution with operational support for HR compliance and employee records. This position is onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona and partners closely with the Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Manager to support full‑cycle hiring while maintaining alignment with federal and state employment requirements.
Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to define role requirements, success factors, and sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings, sourcing, resume review, pre‑screens, and coordination of interviews.
- Extend offers, support negotiations, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters using approved templates and compensation guidelines.
- Coordinate pre‑employment requirements, including background checks and onboarding documentation.
- Support onboarding processes so new hires are set up accurately and in a timely manner.
Compliance, Records, and Talent Acquisition Support
- Provide hands‑on administrative and operational support focused on employee records management and recruiting compliance.
- Support HR due diligence related to talent acquisition, employee relations risks, and compliance gaps.
- Support recruiting integration, onboarding, and workforce transition planning for acquired entities.
- Provide employee relations guidance and support during organizational transitions.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and compliance standards post‑acquisition.
Strategic Recruiting Metrics and Process Improvement
- Monitor recruiting metrics including time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
- Use recruiting metrics to drive process improvements across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR or Talent Acquisition experience with strong focus on recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.
- Full cycle recruiting experience: 3 years (Required).
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
- Experience in hospice, home health, or multi‑site healthcare organizations preferred.
Tools and Systems
- ADP Workforce Now and BambooHR experience a plus.
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Technologies: ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR.
