Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by performing operational, reporting, and ad hoc duties. This role requires a flexible and project-focused mindset to ensure the efficient and effective acquisition of top talent. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, book travel, and provide insightful reports to drive recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Duties:
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Support the management of job postings and ensure they are up to date across various platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate with members of the TA team to understand their staffing needs and requirements to support including sourcing for roles as applicable.
• Collaborate with our vendors and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) to utilize products effectively.
• Manage reporting from Workday and other associated platforms the team utilizes.
• Support the governance and utilization of our CRM system.
• Reporting Duties:
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics including diversity and reports to track the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
• Facilitate Talent Acquisition team meetings and agenda
• Ad Hoc Duties:
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
• Book travel arrangements for candidates and team members to ensure a high level of candidate experience.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
• Handle any additional tasks as needed to support the recruitment team (such as sourcing)
• Expense report preparation and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in talent function is an advantage
• Experience with Workday is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (ideally Workday).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Project-focused mindset with a flexible approach to handling various tasks.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills is highly desirable
• Experience in data mining, machine learning, and model building is a major plus

This role will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and will be based in Red Bank NJ
