Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to attract and hire top talent across multiple locations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment strategies, manage high-volume hiring, and create a best-in-class candidate experience. Location: Boca Raton, FL corporate office.

Schedule: in-office Monday–Thursday, Friday remote. You will drive 20+ requisitions, build diverse pipelines, screen candidates, and own the full-cycle process while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or related field.
• Prior recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with iSolved and Indeed is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for career fairs and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment for 20+ requisitions across locations and departments.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and diversify pipelines.
• Proactively engage active and passive candidates across channels.
• Conduct in-depth recruiter screenings and advise hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle hiring from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, providing market insights and tailored strategies.
• Act as main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates.
• Build and maintain talent networks for current and future needs.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to expand reach.
• Act as ambassador for AI usage to recruit top talent quickly while hitting KPI targets.

Our Company is seeking: A highly motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at ourBoca Raton, Florida Corporate Office.

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent while shaping the future of our growing company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment strategies, manage high-volume hiring, and create a best-in-class candidate experience.

Location: Boca Raton, Florida Corporate Office Schedule: Monday–Thursday in office, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday work from home, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Drive recruitment efforts for 20+ requisitions across multiple locations and departments.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and foster diverse hiring pipelines.
• Proactively identify and engage with active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Conduct in-depth recruiter screenings and provide strategic recommendations to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and tailored hiring strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive interview experience.
• Build and maintain talent networks for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to expand our hiring reach.
• Act as ambassador for AI usage to recruit top talent at high speed while meeting KPI's of hiring under 30 days or less.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Prior recruiting experience highly desired in a fast-paced, recruiting environment. Property Management experience is a plus!
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and/or Property Management.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish REQUIRED
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using recruitment metrics and dashboards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Knowledge of iSolved software and Indeed is a plus!
• Willingness to travel as needed for career fairs and hiring events, 10% travel or less.
