You will manage searches from intake through offer acceptance while building talent pipelines and identifying creative ways to attract top talent in a competitive market.This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both sourcing and relationship-building, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.What You'll DoFull-Cycle RecruitmentManage full-cycle recruitment for professional and managerial positions across the United States and Canada.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.Lead intake meetings and establish clear hiring plans, timelines, and candidate profiles.Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and assessment discussions to evaluate qualifications and overall fit.Facilitate interview processes and partner with hiring teams to drive timely hiring decisions.Manage offer development, candidate negotiations, and offer acceptance activities.Talent Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, talent communities, and direct outreach.Identify and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles.Utilize market research and talent mapping techniques to identify talent pools and competitor targets.Talent Advisory & Stakeholder PartnershipServe as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.Provide guidance on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.Establish strong working relationships across business functions and operating companies.Ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.Continuous ImprovementUse recruiting metrics and data to identify opportunities for improved hiring outcomes.Share market insights and recruiting trends with hiring managers and stakeholders.Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements.Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness.Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced recruiting team members when appropriate.What You'll DeliverSuccessful hiring outcomes across professional and managerial positions.Strong candidate pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.Positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.Timely and effective execution of recruiting processes.Increased hiring manager confidence through strong partnership and communication.Improved sourcing effectiveness and candidate quality.Contributions to continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.Job requirementsWhat You BringBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience within corporate recruiting, staffing, search, or agency environments.Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer acceptance.Strong sourcing capabilities with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Ability to recruit across multiple functions, levels, and business groups.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and recruiting best practices. Canadian recruiting experience is a plus.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.Target Market Salary Range:Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
