Job summary

Envista Nobel Biocare in Yorba Linda, CA, seeks an STA Operator to perform cleaning and chemical processing of dental implants and abutments, assemble and package them in a cleanroom environment, and operate multiple workstations during shifts. You will troubleshoot minor equipment issues and ensure safe, compliant operation with GMP/ISO 9001 standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (college preferred), basic English, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must understand technical drawings and SOPs.
• Familiar with FDA GMP and ISO 9001 principles.
• Knowledge of eDHR and inspection equipment (microscope).
• Ability to troubleshoot simple equipment issues.
• Capable of lifting at least 25 lbs and maintaining high precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and chemical processing of dental implants and abutments.
• Assemble and package implants and abutments in a cleanroom.
• Operate multiple workstations and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition; follow safety rules.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Engineering as needed to ensure quality.
