Job summary

AngelList is seeking a Talent Acceleration Lead, a senior IC role with company-wide ownership, reporting to the Head of People Partners.

You will own onboarding, diagnose skill gaps, design the development experience end to end, and weave AI into learning programs. This role sits at the center of how we grow our people and our business, with a hybrid schedule in New York City or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of owning outcomes for other people’s performance.
• Able to distinguish between engaging workshops and those that change how people work.
• Commercially minded; solve business problems rather than taking asks at face value.
• Proven ability to dramatically improve a high performer.
• Self-taught hard skills and shipped them with AI.
• Strong opinions about em dashes.

Responsibilities

• Get new hires to meaningful impact faster by owning and expanding onboarding programs.
• Diagnose and close skill gaps, identify what’s missing, and orchestrate fixes.
• Own the development experience end to end; design, run, and iterate learning programs.
• Build AI into development: personalize learning and automate program operations.
• Develop fluency in AngelList’s products, people, and systems to ground learning solutions.
