Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a dedicated Food Runner for Talavera, our signature Spanish steakhouse. You will help create exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, accurate food delivery, and pristine table settings in a luxury resort environment.

Ideal candidates have prior food runner experience in fine dining, excellent hospitality skills, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Previous Food Runner experience in a luxury setting is required.
• Excellent communication and service mindset for high-end guests.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water, bread, and butter service.
• Deliver food and beverages with accurate presentation and timing.
• Set and reset tables with linens, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service spaces.
• Assist teammates to ensure seamless service throughout shifts.

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Food Runner to join our team at Talavera , our signature Spanish steakhouse. As a key part of our restaurant team, you will help create exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, thoughtful details, and genuine hospitality. From delivering food and beverages and maintaining beautiful table settings to supporting seamless service throughout the restaurant, you'll play an important role in bringing the Talavera experience to life. We're looking for an upbeat, service-minded individual who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a team that supports one another.

What you will do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming dining experience, including water, bread, and butter service.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately while ensuring quality presentation and attentive service.
• Clear, clean, reset, and prepare tables with linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas, service stations, and support spaces.
• Support the team by refilling beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting colleagues to ensure seamless service.

What you bring

• Previous Food Runner experience required, with experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet throughout the shift and knowledge of basic food safety practices.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required; wine, food, and spirits knowledge is a plus.
• A warm, service-focused approach with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• The ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours

Full Time

Shifts are typically scheduled between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with availability needed Wednesday through Sunday based on business needs.
