Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Room Service Coordinator / Server to support In-Casita Dining operations with guest communication, order coordination, and personalized food and beverage service. Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, and safely operate a golf cart.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

• Enter food, beverage, amenity, and special requests into systems accurately.
• Coordinate guest requests, amenities, special occasions, and In-Casita Dining experiences.

• Monitor guest requests and ensure timely follow-through from inquiry through completion.
• Maintain operational trackers, guest traces, and department communications.
• Assist with service recovery and guest follow-up as needed.
• Support daily administrative functions of the In-Casita Dining operation.
• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest casitas and villas in accordance with standards.
• Set up, service, and break down In-Casita Dining experiences.
• Deliver amenities and specialty experiences throughout the resort.

About the Role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Room Service Coordinator / Server to support the daily operation of In-Casita Dining through a combination of guest communication, order coordination, and personalized food and beverage service. This hybrid role serves as a key point of contact for guests while coordinating requests, managing dining experiences, delivering amenities, and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest level of luxury hospitality. What You Will Do

• Answer incoming guest calls and digital communications in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Accurately enter food, beverage, amenity, and special requests into the appropriate systems.
• Coordinate guest requests, amenities, special occasions, and In-Casita Dining experiences.
• Communicate effectively with Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Front Office, CORE, and other resort departments.
• Monitor guest requests and ensure timely follow-through from inquiry through completion.
• Maintain operational trackers, guest traces, and department communications.
• Assist with service recovery efforts and guest follow-up when needed.
• Support daily administrative functions of the In-Casita Dining operation.
• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest casitas and villas in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Set up, service, and break down In-Casita Dining experiences.
• Deliver amenities, guest requests, and specialty experiences throughout the resort.
• Retrieve trays, tables, and service equipment in a timely manner.
• Support Private Bar and minibar operations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, storage areas, and equipment.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest level of personalized luxury service.
• Assist with additional Food & Beverage operational needs as business levels require.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team and cross-functional departments.
• Comfortable utilizing hotel operating systems, telephones, and digital communication tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage guest requests, orders, amenities, and special arrangements.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, and safely operate a golf cart.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
