Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join Proof, an American Canteen, delivering exceptional service in a luxury dining setting. You will guide guests through menu offerings, coordinate timing, and use the POS system to create memorable experiences.

The role requires an outgoing personality, passion for hospitality, and strong knowledge of food and beverages. Prior luxury hotel/resort experience is preferred; flexible hours and the ability to stand for long periods are necessary.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverages, able to guide dining experiences.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

• Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and respond promptly and effectively to requests and concerns.

• Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.

What you bring

• An outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.

• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
