Job summary

P.F. Chang's Orlando is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. You will greet guests, take, package, label, bag and process takeout orders, and deliver curbside service with a friendly, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
