Job summary

P.F. Chang's is opening a new restaurant in the United States. We are hiring for a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist.

This role focuses on delivering a smooth takeout and curbside experience, guiding guests through the menu, and maintaining high sanitation standards. Qualifications include on-site training, excellent customer service, being at least 18 years old, and obtaining a Food Handler's Card if required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest's orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest's questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
