Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout to ensure guests have a courteous and prompt takeout or curbside experience. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, and deliver them to guests for curbside pickup while guiding them through the menu.

Excellent hospitality, strong customer service skills, and adherence to sanitation standards are essential. Must be 18+, have or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card required where applicable, or able to obtain one.
• Able to perform sanitation and safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Takeout and curbside orders accurately and promptly.
• Package, label, bag, and process orders for takeout and curbside pickup.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions to ensure hospitality.
• Delivering orders and providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain high sanitation and safety standards.
