Qualifications

• Experience in drink preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bar equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to manage bar supplies and stay organized.
• Strong communication with servers and kitchen staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask during busy times.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for servers and guests on the waitlist and to-go orders.
• Take orders over the phone and in person for takeout.
• Support front-of-house to ensure fast, accurate drink prep.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Manage bar inventory and ensure items are stocked.
• Handle cash and payments per restaurant policy.
• Collaborate to maintain smooth takeout operations and timely service.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow health regulations.
• Follow guest specifications for drinks and stay informed on promos.
• Work with team to create a positive, productive atmosphere.
