Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• 21+ years of age.
• Team player with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision.
• Continually innovate and introduce new drink creations.
• Provide exceptional service with warm welcomes and professional interactions.
• Offer recommendations based on guests' tastes for a personalized experience.
• Accurately take and prepare orders with attention to presentation and standards.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mixology and ingredients.
• Follow sanitation, safety and hygiene protocols.
• Work with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Process customer payments accurately and maintain a secure cash register.
