Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for servers to deliver to guests, as well as drinks for guests on the waitlist
• Take orders over the phone and in person for guests wanting take out
• Provide excellent support to the front‑of‑house team, ensuring quick and accurate drink preparation
• Maintain organization and cleanliness behind the bar, ensuring glassware and equipment are sanitized and ready for use
• Manage bar inventory, maintaining stock levels and ensuring items are available for drink preparation
• Handle cash and payments accurately, following all restaurant policies and procedures for transactions
• Work closely with the team to manage orders efficiently, ensuring no delays in service
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Follow all service protocols, including ensuring drinks are prepared according to guest specifications
• Stay informed about menu items and any special promotions to support team efforts
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and productive work atmosphere
