Southwire Company, LLC is a leading wire and cable producer in North America. The Take Up 2 is an entry-level role to set up and operate coiler/spoolers on the 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 2:50 PM–11:00 PM, with emphasis on line operation and quality checks.
You will assist operators, label reels with tags, and perform basic machine adjustments while following production orders. Forklift license may be required; safety and quality compliance are essential.

Pay Rate:$22.68– $24.11
The Take Up 2 is an entry level role that will set up and operate coiler/spoolers. For example,somecommonlyran machines that would fall under this job title would be:Skaltec Coiler, Windak, and a Skaltec Takeup (BWP), Skaltec and CV Line (North Campus),
Must be able to work in hot and cold environments normally found in a prefabricated building without climate-control. Physical activity associated with daily performance of this job include: balance, climbing, fingering, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, standing, stooping, walking and sitting.
