Qualifications

• Masters Degree or higher in Social Work.
• Experience within MTSS framework.
• PBIS, CPI and Crisis Intervention training and experience.
• Experience in a school environment and in a center-based program preferred.
• Experience working with students with Emotional Impairments preferred.
• School Social Work Licensure/Temporary or Full School Approval for School Social Worker.

Responsibilities

• Direct Counseling: Deliver individual and small-group counseling sessions.
• Assessments & Plans: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to formulate targeted social-emotional and behavioral intervention strategies.
• IEP Synergy: Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights during multidisciplinary team consultations.
• Crisis Response: Provide immediate, skilled intervention and support during critical or high-stress student situations.
• Community & Care Coordination: Partner with teachers, families, and local community agencies to bridge gaps and streamline essential support services.
• Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed, compliant documentation to meticulously monitor and report student development.
