Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Michigan is seeking a School Social Worker/Counselor for the 2026-2027 academic year to support K-12 students through MTSS in general education settings, working onsite a 35-hour week.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, design interventions, provide individual and group support, document meetings and ensure compliance with district policies while contributing to student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Public school or related agency experience preferred, along with school-based collaborative team participation.
• Current licensure in Michigan as a social worker (LMSW) or counselor (LPC); LLMSW/LLPC welcome if working toward full licensure.

In your daily work, you will:

Key qualifications for this position include:
