Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions seeks a School Social Worker for a full-time, campus-based role in Lincoln Park, Michigan. You will provide direct counseling, assessments, IEP input, crisis intervention and community coordination to support student well-being and learning.

You will collaborate with educators and families to design targeted interventions within the MTSS framework and maintain detailed progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree or higher in Social Work required.
• Experience in working within the MTSS framework.
• Prefer PBIS, CPI and Crisis Intervention training and experience.
• Experience in a school environment and in a center-based program preferred.
• Experience working with students with Emotional Impairments preferred.
• School Social Work Licensure/Temporary or Full School Approval for School Social Worker.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct counseling to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop targeted social-emotional and behavioral plans.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights during multidisciplinary TEAM conferences.
• Provide crisis intervention and rapid support during high-stress student situations.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and community agencies to connect needed services.
• Maintain compliant documentation to monitor and report student progress.
