Job summary

LSF Framingham LLC is seeking a take-out specialist to assist guests with takeout orders, answer phones, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will assemble and package orders, process payments, and maintain courteous communication at all times.

Experience in a similar role and familiarity with POS systems are preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required. This role operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and participates in the E-Verify program.

This position handles take-out for our guests; ensures all take-out guidelines, specifications, quality, and service standards are met. This person must maintain attentive and courteous communication with guests and answer the phone and all questions in a polite manner.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously.Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders.Assemble and package orders paying attention to packaging techniques to avoid spills, leaks, or damage during transportation.Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payment methods.Ensure accurate cash handling and proper reconciliation of sales at the end of each shift.Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.High school diploma or equivalentPrevious work experience in similar role preferred.Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems is preferredBasic computer skillsAbility to handle cash and paperwork accurately.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting.Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints.Legal Sea Foods participates in the federal E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility of all new hires.
