Job summary

OKX is seeking a results‑oriented Affiliate Marketing & Business Development professional in the United States. You will develop and manage affiliate campaigns, expand local influencer partnerships, and drive user acquisition through data‑driven strategies.

Your expertise in analytics and crypto markets will help optimize conversions and growth. The role requires building scalable affiliate networks, analyzing performance with GA/Amplitude, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development in crypto space.
Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
Proficient with analytics and reporting tools (GA, Amplitude).
Knowledge of KPIs for affiliate customer acquisition and optimization via data analysis.
Fluency in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and networks.
Expand influencer resources in local market to bring traders to the platform.
Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates.
Optimize business development strategy and plan actions to improve conversion rates.
Analyze user habits/behavior and forecast business development trends.
