Job summary

OKX is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to expand our affiliate network across Germany, focusing on high-volume affiliates, KOLs, and trading communities. You will own partnerships from outreach to onboarding and retention, driving revenue and brand awareness in the region.

In this role you will recruit and manage influencers, collaborate with product and marketing teams, analyze performance data, and adapt strategies to maximize user acquisition and activity in crypto markets.

Qualifications

• Proven affiliate marketing experience in crypto networks.
• Experience building large affiliate networks end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize performance with data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with targets focus.

Responsibilities
