OKX is seeking an Affiliate Marketing professional in the United States to develop and manage affiliate campaigns, expand local influencer resources, and drive user acquisition for crypto trading.

The role requires building large affiliate networks, analyzing performance with tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude, and delivering data-driven growth in a dynamic crypto environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation.
• Fluency in 1 or more South Asia Language (Urdu, Punjabi) and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate networks and improve the performance of existing affiliates.
• Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in the local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform.
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates.
• Optimise the strategy of business development and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate.
• Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development.
