Qualifications

• Previous fitting, tailoring and sewing experience.
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers.

• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and fit garments on customers.
• Perform and complete customer fittings on time and sew alterations.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals following Nordstrom guidelines.
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs.
• Deliver customer expectations through teamwork with Alterations & Store Team.
• Educate customers and employees on proper fit, style, construction and trend.
