Qualifications

• High level of tailoring skills applied in-store.
• Ability to complete all alterations required in the shop.
• Bridge communication between showroom staff and tailors.
• Multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Desire to learn and grow through hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and complete alterations according to Indochino's guidelines and service standards.
• Provide sound product advice and estimate lead times for customer expectations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of garment fitting, fabrics, and men's suiting.
• Maintain customer-centric approach and brand enthusiasm.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean garments as needed.
• Follow quality control guidelines and garment inspection.
• Meet or exceed productivity levels (300+ units/month).
• Complete rush orders and escalated requests.
• Maintain records of alterations and coordinate with vendors.
• Cultivate customer relationships to foster loyalty and ambassadors.
• Assist with fittings during high-traffic showroom times.
• Educate customers and staff on proper fitting techniques.
• Resolve service issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of equipment and report damage.
