Responsibilities

• Drive individual sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets.
• Provide expert advice on product fit, styling, and customization options.
• Manage customer appointments and walk-in consultations with personalized service.
• Support showroom goals by contributing to team metrics, including conversion and AOV.
• Build long-term relationships with detailed client profiles and regular follow-ups.
• Deliver a seamless shopping experience by upholding customer service standards.
• Educate customers about the brand, products, and tailoring processes.
• Conduct fittings and pinning sessions to ensure fit and comfort.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, inventory and accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with tailors and team leads to achieve showroom goals.
