Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and alter garments to Nordstrom guidelines.
• Perform customer fittings and complete alterations on time.
• Educate customers and colleagues on fit, style, construction, and trends.
• Utilize store technology to manage alteration needs.
• Work with Alterations & Store Team to meet productivity goals.
