Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a skilled Tailor/Fitter to provide exceptional service by crafting precise alterations for customers. You will measure, fit, and tailor garments while guiding clients on fit and style.

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with the Alterations & Store Team, manage multiple requests, and learn Nordstrom’s guidelines to deliver quality alterations with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in fitting, tailoring, or sewing.
• Clear professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsabilités

• Take measurements, fit garments on customers, and mark alterations.
• Perform fittings and complete alterations according to standards.
• Meet productivity goals while following procedures.
• Use store tech to manage alteration requests.
• Collaborate with Alterations & Store Team.
• Educate customers on fit, construction, and trends.
