Applicants with 2–3 years of tailoring or sewing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks will thrive in this role. A flexible schedule and safety-aware operation of sewing equipment are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitting, tailoring, and sewing preferred (2–3 years).
• Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to learn and operate sewing/pressing equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark alterations.
• Perform sewing alterations and fittings on time following Nordstrom guidelines.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals while following procedures.
• Educate customers on fit, style, construction and trends.
