Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in mining or heavy industry operations.
• Strong knowledge of tailings operations, water distribution, and reclaim systems.
• Experience managing multi-crew, 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and regulations.
• Direct and oversee tailings and water system operations.
• Lead multiple rotating crews and monitor operational performance.
