Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Non-CDL Van Driver for the Parking & Transportation Department at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. The role focuses on safe transport of guests and employees with professional guest service.

Responsibilities include maintaining daily records, ensuring FMCSA/DOT/CHP compliance, and strong communication across departments. Prior hospitality or ski-resort experience preferred; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C Driver License and driving record meeting insurance standards.
• Experience in passenger transportation or shuttle driving preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports guests and employees while maintaining all required daily records and documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and CHP requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all departments using phone, text, email, two-way radio, and in-person.
• Occasionally may transport staff or guests off site; other duties as assigned.
