Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Warminster, PA is seeking a full-time Tag & Title Coordinator to process driver’s licenses and vehicle registrations, answer inquiries, and mentor title clerks. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and compliance with state regulations.

The position offers hourly pay of $19.15–$24.50, incentive pay, a 37.5-hour work week, Sundays off, and a comprehensive benefits package including health plans and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Required sales and customer service experience, ideally in a lead role, with a focus on accuracy and result.
• Notary Public designation or the ability to obtain and maintain within six months of employment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for engaging customers and explaining AAA memberships.
• Ability to navigate multiple websites and programs; proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor screenings.

Responsibilities

• Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications.
• Answer inquiries regarding state regulations on title work and registrations.
• Lead and mentor title clerks; ensure accurate title processing.
• Prepare and submit applications to state and Title Administrations; meet submission schedules.
• Manage, document, and research rejected applications and correct discrepancies.
• Up-sell AAA products (memberships, credit cards, insurance).
• Answer overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peaks.
• Backup support in Cashiering and IDEMIA services if applicable.
