Job summary

Krause Auto Group is seeking a dependable Tag & Title Clerk to join our dealership team. This role ensures accurate vehicle deals, timely title processing, and efficient dealership operations.

With a multi-brand portfolio including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Lincoln, Hyundai, Genesis, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Koenigsegg, McLaren, and Lotus across several states, you’ll join a fast-paced environment with strong internal growth potential and a family-owned culture that values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dealership billing or title experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DMV/title processes strongly preferred.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with dealership software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process billing for new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Post vehicle sales and finalize deal documentation.
• Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork.
• Track and follow up on outstanding titles and registrations.
• Communicate with customers, lienholders, and DMV offices as needed.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and records.
• Assist with dealership audits and compliance reviews.
