Job summary

Corps Solutions in Twentynine Palms, CA seeks a Tactical Training Specialist (TTS) to integrate intelligence and training concepts, align with METL, and support unit deployments.

The role requires ten years of military experience, a Secret security clearance, and the ability to design, execute, and assess training exercises using TEEG, MSEL, and related materials. Travel locally as needed; HS diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years of military experience; Marine Corps or U.S. Army.
• Regiment/MEU level operations/training experience with focus on logistics or C2.
• Current operational experience (e.g. OEF or OIF, MEU).

Responsibilities

• Support integration of emerging tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) and lessons learned.
• Provide functional knowledge of intelligence enablers and systems for optimal use.
• Develop reports and briefings at BN HQ level and below.
• Facilitate the 8-step Training and Exercise Design and Development Process.
• Develop training material to support home station training objectives.
