Job summary

Laredo Technical Services, Inc. (LTSi) seeks a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to support PACAF TACP operations at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.

The role requires a graduate degree, CSCS/CSCCa, CPR/AED, and 5+ years in strength and conditioning within elite or tactical environments. Expect full-time hours, competitive benefits, and collaboration with medical staff to optimize performance and safety across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa certification with SCCC status.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized fitness programs based on initial assessments.
• Provide guidance and training to improve energy systems, strength, and power.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize performance.
• Manage conditioning equipment and inventory, ensuring safety and maintenance.
• Maintain professional relationships with medical support staff and refer conditions when needed.
• Attend staff meetings and assist in facility layout and standard operating procedures.
• Supervise in-processing and participate in job-specific training.
