Job summary

LMR Technical Group seeks a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to support the Air National Guard Tactical Air Control Party Human Performance Optimization program. Located at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, this role embeds a performance professional to improve operators' physical capacity and durability.

Responsibilities include assessments, program design, injury prevention, and delivering education on readiness and recovery. Requires NSCA CSCS or CSCCa certification and U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Exercise Science, or related field.
• CSCS certification from NSCA or SCCC from CSCCa is required.
• Minimum five years of full-time experience as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Assess operator performance and needs analyses.
• Design and implement individualized and group training programs.
• Focus on injury prevention, mobility, and long-term durability.
• Deliver briefings on physical readiness, fitness, and recovery.
• Adjust programs based on performance outcomes.
• Maintain documentation of training activities and metrics.
• Provide recommendations to leadership for program improvements.
