Job summary

LTSi is hiring a Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The SCS will design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing the physical performance of unit operators.

Key responsibilities include assessing physical capabilities, coordinating injury recovery protocols, and monitoring athletes' progress. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in strength and conditioning programs for athletes and military personnel.
• Certification as CSCS or SCCC required.
• Current CPR certification including AED training.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor strength and conditioning programs.
• Coordinate injury recovery training with staff.
• Conduct physical assessments and evaluations.
