Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Tactical Security Ambassador in Sturtevant, WI. This part-time role covers a 3rd shift schedule (Sat 9 p.m.–8 a.m.; Sun 7 p.m.–5 a.m.), with a $17.50 hourly wage and DailyPay option.

You will patrol, verify identities, respond to incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement to protect people and property. Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., possess a HS diploma or GED, and pass a thorough screening.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide HS Diploma or GED documentation.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Must stand and walk for the entire shift.
• State license if required; own vehicle; must be 21.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.

As a Security Ambassador – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• Needs to have own vehicle
• MUST BE 21
